To be able to maintain excellent quality in its technical services to customers, the Customer Assistance Department for MWM seeks to act with a focus on:
- Training of the in-house personnel and of its authorized dealers;
- Appropriate dissemination of technical information;
- Warranty support for its products;
- Development of service equipment and tooling;
- Encouraging the use of genuine spare parts;
- Enhancing the reliability of components and engines.
